Operations

Adam Jones - Chief Operations Officer

Adam Jones is Chief Operating Officer at Granville Community Housing, bringing over 20 years of executive leadership experience across housing, operations, and strategic growth. MBA-qualified and widely recognised for his transformational approach, Adam has a proven track record of scaling complex organisations and delivering meaningful outcomes for residents, stakeholders, and communities.

With deep expertise spanning operational excellence, governance, risk management, and large-scale change leadership, Adam has consistently delivered high-value results across the housing sector and beyond. He has overseen operations encompassing thousands of housing units, managed complex multi-stakeholder environments involving housing associations, local councils, and investment funds, and chaired boards through periods of significant growth and transformation.

As founder and Managing Director of Bluntspoons Ltd, Adam has advised CEOs and senior leadership teams across the housing and property sector on growth, strategy, and organisational transformation, completing over £500 million in exits for clients throughout his career.

A Non-Executive Director of Kin Village Charity — supporting homeless communities — Adam's commitment to housing extends beyond the boardroom. He also holds a Senior Lecturer position in International Business at Tournament Golf College, reflecting his passion for developing future leaders.

Adam is dedicated to building resilient, high-performing housing organisations that create lasting impact for the communities they serve.

Lina Sefere - Housing Manager

Lina is an experienced Housing Manager with a background spanning supported housing, CQC-registered care services, and housing compliance. She has a thorough understanding of housing law, tenancy management, and welfare benefits, and works closely with local authorities and partner agencies to deliver high-quality services for residents.

What Lina enjoys most about her role is the compliance and problem-solving side of housing — finding practical solutions that keep residents safe and ensure every home meets the highest regulatory standards. She takes real pride in getting the details right.

Born and raised in Latvia, Lina moved to the UK in 2009 and has built her life and career here ever since. She speaks three languages and has a natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds — a quality that comes in handy more than you might think in housing.

Monta Ziedone - Data & Audit Officer

Monta is a Data and Audit Officer with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. With experience in managing data quality, compliance processes, and audit support, she plays a key role in ensuring that information is reliable and decision-making is well-informed. Monta brings a detail-oriented approach to her work, alongside a practical understanding of how data can drive efficiency and transparency across an organisation.

Monta enjoys working with data to uncover insights, streamline processes, and solve complex problems. Whether it’s analysing trends or improving reporting systems, Monta is motivated by making systems work better for both teams and stakeholders.

Outside of work, Monta enjoys staying active and making most of the outdoors, often spending time with her dog, exploring nature and capturing sunsets through photography.

Tom Gaffney - Data & Audit Officer

Tom is an experienced compliance professional specialising in property assessment and regulatory standards. Tom is detail-oriented and has a thorough understanding of compliance frameworks within the property sector. With a strong track record of securing funding outcomes, he has worked closely with funders and strategic partners to navigate complex acquisition processes, managing documentation with precision and ensuring every requirement is met.

Outside of work, Tom has a strong passion for football, both playing and following the game. He appreciates the competitive nature of the sport and the way it brings people together through teamwork and shared experiences.

Lourdes Rodriguez - Management Accountant

Poppy Blundell - Audit Assistant

Poppy has a diverse professional background spanning support work, mental health services, emergency response, and data auditing. This breadth of experience provides her with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by both tenants and service providers within social housing. In her role as an Audit Assistant, Poppy works closely with external partners to ensure that tenants receive high-quality, person-centred support tailored to their individual needs. She is responsible for auditing and monitoring service user documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, organisational policies, and best practice. Through her work, Poppy helps to promote accountability, improve service delivery, and safeguard positive outcomes for residents.

Outside of work, Poppy enjoys long walks, theatre, cinema and horror & comic conventions. She also enjoys watching football with her Dad, supporting her local team. Poppy is currently learning Japanese and hopes to travel across Japan one day.

Emma Ashton - Housing & Welfare Officer

Emma is an experienced Housing & Wellbeing Officer with over 18 years in housing, property management, and tenancy services across both the social and private sectors. She manages the full tenancy journey — from supporting residents with housing and wellbeing needs to handling rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, tenancy enforcement, and representing Granville at court hearings.

What Emma loves most about her role is that no two days are ever the same. Whether she's coordinating repairs, working with partner agencies, or helping a resident navigate a difficult situation, she thrives on the variety and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Outside of work, Emma has a passion for live music and singing — so it's fair to say she brings plenty of energy to everything she does. If there's a good atmosphere to be found, Emma won't be far away.

Theodore Ball - Administration Apprentice

Theo is currently undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through Blackpool and Fylde College. He is building a strong foundation in professional business practice and organisational skills. He has a keen and growing interest in the property sector and is eager to expand his knowledge across property and housing to support his long-term career ambitions. Driven and committed to professional development, Theo is actively seeking opportunities to gain hands-on experience and deeper insight into the industry, combining his business education with enthusiasm for property to shape a focused and purposeful career path.

Outside of work, Theo has a passion for music production and DJing, carving his own sound to his liking. He also enjoys playing and watching football as a wind down activity after work.
