Granville Community Homes are experts at providing specialist supported housing. We help people with a variety of needs; including mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, and learning disabilities.
Our approach
Working in collaboration with specialist support providers, our tenants benefit from intensive housing management, support, and care, in order to sustain their tenancies and develop necessary life skills to live as independently and positively as possible.

Before Joining Granville
At Granville Community Homes, we have excellent relationships with our referral lines; working with local authorities, charitable organisations, and local agencies, it's very important to us. Once a referral has been recieved, a member of our friendly team will make contact with you.
Assessment
Before joining us, you will have the opportunity to meet with our team, and to talk about your needs and requirements. We want to make sure our services are exactly what you need. We can discuss any agencies you are already engaged in, any you want to engage with, and if there is anything else that you feel that you need, in order to be comfortable and content when living in a Granville home.
Our staff are on hand to support you through the whole process.
Joining Granville
When you move into a Granville home, you will recieve a welcome pack which details information about your tenancy or license, fire safety procedures, and any house related information.
Paying your rent
When Joining us at Granville Community Homes, our helpful staff will guide you on the process of paying your rent and service charges. It is important to make payments on time as to not affect your support or compromise your tenancy or license agreement.
