Your Support
At Granville Community Homes, we are firm believers that everyone has the right to live happily and in a safe environment. Our aim is to provide this to anyone in need. We offer creative and innovative housing options, and tailored support to the people of our community.
Your Support Team
Shortly after moving in, you will spend time with your support team to tailor your support plan, set some goals, and establish all important contact details and information that you will need during your time with us.
Property Checks
For licence agreement holders, your accommodation will be checked regularly both to see if any repairs are needed and that you are keeping your room in good order.
You will recieve at least 24 hours notice, should any of our housing staff need to access your room or property. The only other exceptions to this is if there is an emergency relating to health and safety to either yourself or the building.
Weekly, monthly, and annual safety checks will be completed by our staff. If in between these checks you notice any damage, please notify us immediately.
Your Accommodation
Granville Community Homes offer a variety of types of accomodation (depending on location), ranging from self contained flats, house shares with communal areas, and private houses. Please see the policy page for information about pets.
Moving on
When the day comes that you wish to move on from Granville Community Homes, our team will offer you any support needed to get you to that point.
From joining us, goals are always set regarding move-on accommadation and what that looks like for you. Creating and reviewing your support plans regularly with our staff will be integral to ensuring the success of reaching your goals.
