Jamie is the Chief Executive of Exeter City Community Trust who are a homeless housing Support Provider in Exeter, servicing 105 semi-self-contained units. As a non-executive director on the board of Granville Community Homes, Jamie brings experience of the day-to-day operations needed to successfully operate as an effective support provider.

Amanda has over 25 years experience leading various projects and teams to support communities and vulnerable people. Amanda’s experience has provided her with the opportunity to observe good practice, increase her understanding of the wider social goals and objectives and broadened her leadership skills, knowledge and understanding of providing a high-quality service to all.
She has held various managerial portfolios, including working as a Senior Manager, CQC Registered Manager, Senior Lecturer and Quality Manager. Her managerial style has been based on mutual respect, firm values, empathy, kindness, consistency, with an open-door policy for the staff she works with.
She is a self-motivated, passionate, professional individual, who is transparent, honest, can be held accountable, with a vision of providing outstanding outcomes, by working closely with a high performing team and management structure, to provide a unique, distinctive, quality services. She passionately believes that good quality, affordable and safe housing has a significant influence on individuals overall wellbeing and builds solid foundations for a brighter future and successful life.

Dorota became a member of the Board in October 2023. Dorota is a commercial property solicitor and works with clients on their most high profile and strategic investment and development projects, many who are involved in the social housing sector. She has worked with commercial investors and developers, registered providers, local authorities and public sector bodies on a variety of diverse commercial property matters.
She is an experienced housing solicitor, having worked across a number of law firms over the last ten years whilst she continues to work at Trowers & Hamlins. She has worked on various projects facing the social housing sector and supports the board with her legal expertise in property matters.

Monta has over 13 years’ of experience in audit and compliance roles across various industries which equips her with the necessary skills to effectively adhere to regulatory standards and requirements.
